The receiver (the part with the serial number) is American made. These for right now could be from Aero Precision or Spikes Tactical. Both are mil spec high quality parts. The rest of the parts are from a company in Chino California. The barrels are American made with stainless steel and black nitride finish.

Yes, all parts are mil specific

+ Do you offer a warranty?

Rio Verde Arms offers a limited lifetime warranty.

+ Is the “pistol” legal?

My pistol model is in fact a pistol as outlined by the ATF. The act of shouldering the “blade” stabilizing brace or any other stabilizing brace does not make it a short barreled rifle requiring a tax stamp. You may not alter the stabilizing brace in any way. You may not add a vertical foregrip.

+Do you ship out of state?

Yes I do ship to a out of state FFL to facilitate your transfer. I do not ship to you individually. Shipping charges applicable.

+ Do you wholesale to stocking dealers?

Yes I do provide discounts to stocking dealers or law enforcement or government clients

+ Will you sell without doing the paperwork?

NO! every rifle must be sold legally with the buyer filling out a form 4473

+ Do you take checks?

I only take checks from dealers I have a business relationship with. All others are cash or credit card but fees will apply
